A new Strack control ought as before of course to be extremely reliable and as a result suitable for an industrial lift without any compromises, but in addition to the maximum extent modular, affordable for simple lifts and easy to expand for complicated lift functions.

Efficiency and availability even in the event of a power failure

A totally new concept in drive systems for cable lifts is based on standard lead acid rechargeable batteries. With crucial advantages: locally generated solar electricity can be used for lift operation, and operational safety is guaranteed even in the event of a power failure. The prerequisite for this solution by Swedish manufacturer Hisstema is a Yaskawa L1000 series frequency converter.

Lift car doors with reduced impost height

In recent years there has been a clear increase in lifts commissioned in Germany with reduced free spaces. Due to the unclear situation manufacturers often decide on the design of the lifts themselves and then clear this with the customer or supervisory authority. Economic concerns are often decisive. Practical experience shows that a saving of about five per cent when converting a lift in existing buildings can often suffice to obtain official approval.

Absolutely reliable

Aerial monitoring prevents many impermissible operating conditions, like driving with a closed brake. The contactless system from mayr Antriebstechnik is not subject to wear, sturdy, resistant to magnetism and absolutely reliable.

The quiet revolution in lift technology

Hydraulic lifts are one version of modern lifts. It is not least the introduction of specially adapted frequency converters, like the Danfoss VLT LiftDrive LD302, which has led to clearly enhanced reliability, efficiency and optimal travel comfort in the control of the units.
