Safety is the number one priority in lift building. This is why Acla only uses high quality materials that guarantee maximum in reliability in daily use. Thanks to extensive knowledge from 60 years of manufacturing experience with high quality PUR elastomers and the latest technology in design and production, both tailor-made small series as well as large unit numbers can be produced economically. Effective measures in the field of quality assurance, such as the company’s own dynamic car buffer test stand, permit rapid development of innovations and ensure a high quality standard at Acla.

Numerous new developments

HandwerkAcla is contributing to lifts becoming more reliable and efficient worldwide with numerous new developments, such as the guide shoe insert with enhanced running comfort in special car buffer versions. The main focus here is always on the functional and maintenance-friendly design of all lift components.

Acla’s manufacturing experience, based on its own formula developments, its own raw material processing and the company’s own reaction equipment, made the latest company innovation possible: the new generation car buffer made of Autan HE, certified under the new DIN EN 81-20/50 standard.

Based on excellent elastic deformation and damping properties, Autan HE buffers are extremely volume-compressible and compared to previous elastomer buffers enjoy a greatly expanded area of use. Consequently, Acla can already offer lift builders planning security when implementing the new DIN EN 81-20/50 standard, which will apply from June 2017. The new car buffers were certified by TÜV Nord in September 2015 and are available in various sizes and designs.
