VDMA: Tradition and glimpse into the future

“Cool prospects - your glimpse of the future” – this is the title of the film competition in which the apprentices of the VDMA member companies have been called on to take part.

As is the case every year, the VDMA Lifts and Escalators Association is staging a film competition for the sector’s apprentices. The YouTube film contest takes place every two years and lets the apprentices advertise personally for the industry and their professions.

Prize ceremony on 18th October

This time, their job is to show what happens in the lift industry after completing the apprenticeship. In line with the motto “Cool prospects – your glimpse of the future”, the focus this time is on vision and the future of the industry. The prize ceremony will once again take place at the legendary stand party of the VDMA on 18th October 2017.

This year, the VDMA stand party will take place at the stand of its member company Meiller Aufzugstüren. The VDMA invites all of its members and friends to its traditional stand party.
