Antoine Doutriaux, who previously held leading positions at Valeo and Zodiac Aerospace, is the new CEO of the Wittur Group. He was appointed as successor of Gerrit Marx, who stepped in as interim CEO.

Antoine Doutriaux has broad experience in various high‐tech industries such as railway, defence, automotive and aerospace equipment.

Together with CFO Christoph Kaml Antoine Doutriaux will be in the vanguard of Wittur going forward. Antoine Doutriaux commented, "I look forward to the opportunity of leading the Wittur team as we navigate the opportunities and challenges ahead of us."

Hans Koenigshofer appointed COO of Wittur Group

HandwerkWittur Group also announced that Johann (Hans) Koenigshofer was appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Member of the Executive Management Team of Wittur Group.

Before joining Wittur in March 2018, Koenigshofer worked for Palfinger AG in various positions in Austria and China. He started out in July 2007 as CIO responsible for IT, Process Management and Lean Production.

Change in the Supervisory Board

There has also been a change in the Group’s Supervisory Board: Franz‐Josef Seidensticker, retired senior partner of the consulting firm Bain&Company and independent member of the Supervisory Board of Wittur since 2015, will take over the role as Chairman from Michael Siefke.
