No. 1 for training

News

The lift motor manufacturer and industrial company Ziehl-Abegg (based in Künzelsau, Germany) is clearly no.1 when it comes to training. This was revealed by the study "Germany‘s best training companies 2018."

The training officers of the 20,000 companies with the most employees were surveyed on behalf of the news magazines Focus and Focus Money. The study focused on five aspects: training success, structural data of the trainees, payment, the training ratio and additional opportunities offered to trainees.

Training concept was convincing

Handwerk"Ziehl-Abegg is not just the leader when it comes to manufacturing ventilators for air conditioning technology and drive motors for lifts," according to the jurors.

Among other things, the training concept with its deployments abroad, honoured by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, was convincing. The next-best companies lay well behind Ziehl-Abegg.

"I’m very pleased on behalf of our trainers, who do all they can to give the specialists of tomorrow the best possible start to their careers," emphasised Peter Fenkl, Chairman of Ziehl-Abegg SE.
