Fuji: change in top management

Double change in Fuji Electric Europe GmbH’s top management: Carlos Poyatos appointed as new General Manager for Drives & Automation (D&A).

José-Antonio Alemany accepts new overseas assignment at Fuji Electric Corp. of America to manage the Power Electronic Systems Division. After 20 years at Fuji Electric Europe in Germany and Spain, José-Antonio Alemany accepts a new assignment. The former Vice President, Managing Director and General Manager of D&A Europe is now moving to Fuji Electric Corp. of America in order to support and manage the Power Electronic Systems Division, especially Low Voltage Drives business.

His successor in Germany is Carlos Poyatos. The 41 year old power electronics is a graduated engineer with an executive Master in marketing and sales. During the last 10 years, he had different responsibilities inside the D&A division of Fuji Electric Europe. These were Marketing, Sales, Business Planning & Marketing, the position of Deputy Division Manager and now D&A General Manager.
