A trend to joint stands

The interlift 2017 is fast approaching. The proportion of new exhibitors is unusually high among the 350 registrations received up to mid January.

In addition there are companies, which had not exhibited at one or more fairs but are returning now – a total of more than 50 exhibitors so far. At present the Project Management of the interlift is expecting about 150 companies to be exhibiting at joint stands in Augsburg.

This alternative form of exhibiting offers in particular smaller companies the great advantage of being able to concentrate purely and simply on the presentation of their products, without bothering about all the organisation and administrative details.

Special offers from Lufthansa and German Rail

HandwerkAs in the past we expect the largest joint participations to come from China and Italy, but the Leipzig Chamber of Commerce and Industry will also be presenting a number of ambitious smaller enterprises at the interlift.

For the first time Spanish component manufacturers are also considering the possibilities of a cooperative stand. One new exhibitor will be Turkish Machinery, a Turkish trade association that represents the export interests of their many members.

For the first time exhibitors and visitors of the interlift, who use Lufthansa or German Rail, can enjoy special prices from these two carriers. More information can be found on the interlift homepage at www.interlift.de/travel-accommodation
